I received a bag of these gummies free from a contest held on the Instagram page, and I can say they taste great and are accurately dosed. It was shipped quickly and was packaged well, I personally was using 2-3 at a time a few hours before bed and it definitely helped relax into a nice calm sleep without waking up in the middle of the night and felt refreshed upon waking.
