All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Las Vegas, NV. Depending on your shipping address and what products are purchased together, your order will arrive by UPS or USPS.
If you have a carrier preference. please leave a note in the ‘order notes’ section at checkout, and we will be sure to follow our shipping instructions.
We cannot instruct the carrier where or how to deliver your package. If you have very specific delivery needs, you will need to create an account with UPS or USPS to leave instructions. Once you’ve received the tracking details from us, you can log into your UPS/USPS account and add special delivery notes with the shipping carrier.

If you ever need to change your subscription details, like shipping address, payment information, or frequency, the info below will make it a breeze!
Log into your account with the information you received after placing your first subscription order. If you didn’t receive the email, it may have hit your spam folder. So, click ACCOUNT in our top menu and request a password reset with the email you used for your order. Once you’re logged in, click on MY SUBSCRIPTION to manage your subscription details. You can change your address and payment information from the subscription tab or cancel if needed! Click on Upgrade or Downgrade to change the frequency of your future orders. You will be brought to the product page, where you can select the new frequency, just like when you first subscribed. Select the frequency, click Add to Cart, and then go to Checkout. Follow the checkout prompts, and the button will say SWITCH SUBSCRIPTION. |
